2009.11.23 Sunson held the new staff training class

For further strengthening the staff training, exploring the standardized managments of the staff training, the headquarters had held a new staff training class from November 9th to 17th, 7 new staffs from technical section and marketing system participated in the training.

Training was conducted at Beijing headquarters and Cangzhou production base. For cater to the needs of new students, it was arranged company profile, basic control system, human resources management, development localization,sale skill and service, product technology of the beer enzyme and the feed enzyme, production equipment, technical process. It was taken seriously very much, the main senior management staff personally taught to make the students deeply know the industry characteristic and the corporate development goal and emphasis.The students listened earnestly, participated in the discussion positively, put forward many good proposals to the work and this training class. In the summary the students believed that the class contents were very rich and effective and it made the staff have a clear comprehensive understanding from the different angle to the company .They also believed that it could build a quite good foundation for present's work.
