2016.10.18 International Baking Industry Exhibition (IBIE)
Held by the American Bakers Association, the International Baking Industry Exhibition (IBIE) was held on October 8 to 11, 2016 at Las Vegas International Exhibition Center. More than 23,000 baking professionals filled the Expo Hall at the industry’s largest, most comprehensive event in the U.S. for the grain-based food industry.
Regionally, the exhibition was mainly aimed at the United States, Canada and Mexico. Within the events, participators could access to the forefront of innovative technology and packaging techniques, besides all kinds of raw materials and accessories.
