Sunson Acid Lipase SZ

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The product is an acid lipase that breaks down fat molecules, helping with more efficient fat removal. It can be used for degreasing in the acid leather, wet blue and fur, and can be added directly. The effect of degreasing is very good on the skin with thigh fat content (e.g., pig skin, sheep skin).

APPLICATION
Suggested dosages are as follows (% on Pelt Wt):
Cowhide: 0.20%- 0.50%
Pig skin: 0.50% -1.50%
Goat skin: 0.50% -1.50%
Sheep skin: 0.50% -2.00%
The dosage has to be optimized based on each application, the raw material specifications, product expectation and processing parameters. It is better to begin the test with the convenient volume.

Enzyme preparations are proteins that may induce sensitization and cause allergic type of symptoms in susceptible individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or nasal mucosa. Any direct contact with human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, please consult a doctor.

WARNINGS
Keep sealed after use every time to avoid microbial infections and inactivation of enzymes until its finish.

Package: 25kgs/drum; other package sizes are possible upon request
Storage: Keep sealed in a dry and cool place and avoid direct sunlight.
Shelf life: 12 months in a dry and cool place.
