PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The product is a pure acid protease suitable for all tanning processes within acid pH range, such as Pickling, Acid bating, Wet-Blue reconditioning.

APPLICATION
Wet-Blue reconditioning: the recommended dosage is 1% at 40℃, or less at higher temperature.
For acid bating, general dosages are as follows (% on Pelt Wt):
Cattle upper leather: 0.50%- 1.00%
Cattle sofa leather: 2.00% -3.00%
Sheep garment leather: 1.00% -2.00%
Goat garment leather: 1.50% -3.00%
Pigskin upper leather: 1.00%- 2.00%
Pigskin garment leather: 2.00%- 4.00%
The dosage has to be optimized based on each application, the raw material specifications, product expectation and processing parameters. It is better to begin the test with the convenient volume.
