Glucose isomerase is extensively used in the industrial production of high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS), and it can also be used to boost cellulosic ethanol yield and used in the production of low glycemic index foods.
This product is produced by submerged fermentation of Aspergillus oryzae. It is capable of the hydrolysing sucrose into glucose and fructose, which finds widely applications in food and beverage industries.
The acid tolerant xylanase has high hydrolytic activity within a wide temperature (30℃-80℃) and pH range (pH 3.0-7.5).
