  • Efficient degradation of dextrins
  • Higher dextrose yield (DX96%) and Less by-products formation
  • Low treatment costs and dosages

Dosage

The recommended dosage is 0.35-0.6 kg of the enzyme preparation per ton of dry starch when saccharifying at 60-63 and pH 4.3-4.5. A starting dose of 0.45kg per ton of dry starch is recommended under most conditions. However, The dosage has to be optimized based on each application, the raw material specifications, product expectation and processing parameters. It is better to begin the test with the convenient volume.

Recommended Storage

Best Before

When stored as recommended, the product is best used within 6 months from date of delivery

Shelf Life

6 months at 25, activity remains≥90%; Increase dosage after shelf life.

Storage Conditions

This product should be stored in a cool and dry place in sealed container, avoiding insolation, high temperature and damp. The product has been formulated for optimal stability. Extended storage or adverse conditions such as higher temperature or higher humidity may lead to a higher dosage requirement.
